Present your products and services to more than 550 educators and McKinney-Vento liaisons from across the state of California.
Tabletop Exhibit Fee: $2,750
Each tabletop exhibit package includes:
- (1) 6-foot skirted table
- (2) chairs
- (1) wastebasket
- (2) full conference registrations*

Set-Up: Wednesday, May 7, 2025, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Tear Down: Friday, May 9, 2025, 11:45 am - 1:00 pm (All exhibits must be packed up by 1:00 pm on Friday)
Exhibit Hours: Exhibitors are welcome to staff their exhibit tables during our full registration hours each day, but we expect the busiest times to be during the breakfast and AM/PM breaks each day. These functions will be in the Town & Country Foyer and will provide high traffic for your booth. The Welcome Reception and Lunches will be outdoors, not in the foyer. Exhibitor Guidelines: Exhibitors must represent products and services that support homeless education. Exhibitors may not permit any other party to exhibit in their space, showcase goods or services other than those manufactured or distributed by the contracting exhibitor, or permit the solicitation of business by other parties within their booth space.
Exhibitor Qualifications: CALHEC, in its sole discretion, determines whether a prospective exhibitor is eligible to participate in the Event. Eligibility is generally limited to organizations who supply products, services, tools, equipment, and resources to better support homeless education and the children and youth that they serve. CALHEC reserves the right to restrict or remove any exhibit which CALHEC, in its sole discretion, believes is objectionable or inappropriate. CALHEC reserves the right at any time to refuse the rental of exhibit space to any company whose display of goods or services is not, in the opinion of show management, compatible with the general character and objectives of the exhibition, or to remove or change exhibits it finds offensive.
